Go Zero Rebate Program for Zero-Emission Appliances Small Business (SB)
General Requirements
- Equipment must be new, purchased, and installed between MM/DD/YYYY – MM/DD/YY Application and paperwork must be submitted/postmarked within XX days of installation.
- Applications for installations completed after MM/DD/YYYY must be postmarked by MM/DD/YYYY. Applications submitted/postmarked after MM/DD/YYYY may not be processed; they will be processed upon approval of additional program funding.
Definition of Small Business:
Sub-project 3 should apply to small businesses as defined by South Coast AQMD Rule 102 - Definition of Terms:
SMALL BUSINESS means a business which is independently owned and operated and meets the following criteria, or if affiliated with another concern, the combined activities of both concerns shall meet these criteria:
- the number of employees is 10 or less; and
- the total gross annual receipts are $500,000 or less; or
- not-for-profit training center.
